Cooking Class: Vegetarian dishes from the Mediterranean
Join Chef Daniel as he teaches you how to cook a hearty vegetarian meal full of the flavors from the south of Europe.
Make and enjoy two dishes: a rich and fulfilling vegetable and bean soup from Provence, topped with an unusual tomato based pesto, and moussaka, a typical Greek dish taught and presented here with a complete vegetarian twist.
In addition Chef Daniel will prepare a delicious vegetarian appetizer.
The class will end on a sweet note with a dessert made in advance by Chef Daniel for your enjoyment.
Guests are welcome to BYOB and enjoy during class and dinner.
