Learn to cook and enjoy a multi-course Italian dinner with your team
Bring your team to Chef Daniel’s kitchen where everyone will participate in creating and enjoying a luxurious, complete Northern Italian meal.
Starting with a pair of crostini – pesto and homemade ricotta, and cannellini bean paste and shrimp – the experience continues with totaly hand-shaped cappelletti, then a delectable stuffed turkey breast resembling Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Finally Chef Daniel will treat you to a wonderful Italian dessert: Crostata di Mandorla (almond, apricot and chocolate tart)
The meal will be served at the end of the class on a communal table where everybody will have the unique opportunity to partake in food that was prepared by each and everyone of the participants.

You are welcome to bring your own beverage. Suggestions include a Chianti or Malbec (for example from Bodega Catena) for the main course and perhaps a Prosecco to drink during dessert.
