Learn to prepare cappelletti, a specialty Italian pasta that is as delicious as it is attractive.
We will be making pasta from scratch and learn to shape it so it can be used in several different ways.
We will also be making a flavorful chicken and ricotta (made from scratch during the class) filling and Chef Daniel’s version of a bolognese sauce made with ground chicken.
The highlight of the class is about learning how to make cappelletti, a beautiful form of stuffed pasta that is surprisingly easy to make once you are shown the proper technique.
The class is filled with culinary information and many tips on how to improve your cooking abilities, which can make your time in the kitchen immensely more enjoyable.

You are welcome to bring your own beverage. Suggestions include a Chianti or Malbec (for example from Bodega Catena) for the main course and perhaps a Prosecco to drink during dessert.
