A paella menu is quintessentially festive, appropriate for so many occasions from birthdays to graduation parties, even weddings.

The paellas are cooked in front of your guests, inviting conviviality and an excuse to gather with drinks and partake in the experience in direct view of the chefs.

We bring everything needed, our own cooking equipment and paella pans.

In addition we serve 2 appetizers and a salad, each staples of Spanish cuisine.

We offer paellas for every taste and food restrictions, including seafood, land and vegetarian. See side menu for details

Having learned how to make a proper paella in Spain from master paellera Dorita Jáuregui, Chef Daniel has continued his own mastery of this dish, having cooked hundreds if not thousands over the years.

The appetizers are ubiquitous in Spain, where they are served anywhere from a gas station to upscale restaurants.

The salad is very refreshing in the hotter months, a perfect accompaniment to the rich paellas.

$59 per person

Minimum: 20 people

Maximum: 200 people
