Join Chef Daniel for a night in Spain, learning how to make staples of Spanish cuisine: a seafood paella and two tapas.

Chef Daniel will explain the intricacies of making a paella, talk about the rice used and the appropriate spices. While learning to make this dish he will give you a plethora of information that will expand your toolset in the kitchen.

We will be eating the tapas as we work on the paella, which will be served towards the end of class.
